Protocol PHASE1 - Loading (Day 1-2) What to eat: During the first two days of the program (phase 1), we ask that you eat whatever is on your normal menu, not modifying your recipes, while taking the hcg alternative ultra drops. Why keep a normal menu: Phase1 is a vital part of the diet meal plan as the food prepares the body with more accessible fat while it’s “loading” up on hcg alternative Ultra6 Diet Drops. What does the Phase 1 meal plan do: Phase 1 allows the hcg alternative Ultra6 Diet Drops Diet Drops to target and go after stored fat once you move to Phase2, the low calorie diet meal plan. The Phase 1 diet plan is one of the keys to your success as it sets the stage for a successful diet food plan. PHASE2 - Protocol (Day 3-15+) What is Phase 2: Phase 2 is also called your weight loss protocol and Phase 2 part of the diet meal plan begins on day three and we help you with what to eat and some sample menu recipes. (Please note that the total time for Phase1 and Phase2 diet plan menu is approximately 30 days depending on your weight loss needs.) Strictly follow Phase 2 diet meal plan: At this point you MUST follow the prescribed diet food list program without deviation. Eating more food than the plan or sample menu recipe allows or consuming foods that are not allowed on the diet food plan most often results in an immediate weight gain. It is also important that you correct any deviations to the diet plan menu should they occur. You must return immediately to the stated diet plan. Fluids are critical to the success of this diet food plan: Along with keeping strict on what to eat, you must also drink a minimum of 100 ounces of water every day while on the Phase 2 diet meal plan.This is about 10 to 12 glasses of water. If you do not drink enough water while on your diet food plan, your weight loss total will decrease. You may have 3 diet sodas, or 3 glasses of Crystal Lite every day. Coffee and Tea (except as listed below) are strongly discouraged as caffeine and sugar substitutes have been found to stimulate hunger. Alcohol may be consumed sparingly on this program.   PHASE2 - Daily Meals and Sample Menu Recipes During Phase 2 you will be consuming three meals a day (approximately 1000 calories). If you want to lose weight faster, you may choose to take in fewer calories from your menu plan than what is suggested below. For best results plan your menu to consume 150 to 200 calories for breakfast, 250 to 275 calories for lunch with a 100 to 225 calorie snack in the mid-afternoon and a 350 to 400 calorie dinner. Breakfast Meal Plan Recipe Take hcg alternative Ultra6 Diet DropsTM (1⁄2 dropper). Take 1/2 dropper of Ultra6 B12 Complex. 1-cup cereal (only Special K, Total, or Cheerios) and 1-cup of skim milk or 2 eggs with 1 45-calorie piece of sliced toast. Sugar-Free Sweet Pickles and White Turkey Breast or one-half of a low-carb protein bar (200 calorie or less protein bar equaling 90 to 100 calories) or an apple with one-half cup of cottage cheese or 100-calorie bag of popcorn.
